16 oz. Dry Seamoss
Soak and go!!! Soak 1 oz. of seamoss in a quart of spring or filtered water overnight or soak in warm water for immediate results.
Rinse sea moss carefully and thoroughly to remove all unwanted particles. You can tell when sea moss is clean it will be blemish less and vibrant. Soak in a wide mouth container for once it swells and gels it’s easier to remove. Use approx. 4-6 ounces of liquid moss in a blender to your chosen amount of fruit juice, or nut milk with desired sweetener.
